12 weeks: Day 1

I worked out today…it sucked, but I already feel stronger! I have been eating healthy-ish since Christmas and been focusing on getting steps in with my fitbit, but when I would weigh in nothing was changing. Obviously I needed to recommit to eating better AND I probably should start working out. DUH! 

I went to physical therapy and got the clear to do pretty much whatever workout I wanted if it wasn’t causing pain, so after looking for a while I decided to buy Kayla Itsines Bikini Body guide. She is awesome! Her ebook is helpful and the program is going to kick my ass! I had to take before pictures and lets just say no one should EVER see them! Hopefully my after pictures will be so incredible that I will feel no shame posting my befores! 

Now I just have to keep going in this first week! Time to make it a habit!
